Villa Raintree, a spa resort in Singapore’s Labrador Park, is slated to open end-2006. It will have 55 rooms and suites, a restaurant (artist impression above) at the edge of a cliff, meeting rooms, spa, a clinic and a doctor. There will also be yoga, qigong and culinary classes. The key architectural feature is two colonial villas situated among the lush tropical surrounds of a nature reserve.
