Winter Conference Package

Located on the first floor, the Hotel’s Ballroom boasts an elegant décor and a picturesque surrounding. The versatile space can be divided into two separate rooms to serve a wide variety of functions, and comes with an additional 125-square-metre reception area as well as a balcony with a scenic view. Three meeting rooms of smaller sizes are also available at the Hotel for those looking for a more intimate setting. We are offering a unique Winter Conference Package which includes the following:
- A range of meeting room set-up designs: classroom, theatre, hollow square boardroom, or U-shape
- Conference amenities including writing pads, pencils, sweets and bottled water
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Standard audio-visual equipment (excluding LCD projector)
- Professional service by catering and event-planning specialists
- Chinese/Western set lunch or lunch buffet (Minimum 25 persons) with free flow of soft drinks up to two hours
- Special room rate for meeting delegates and speakers on days of the meeting
