International exhibition sector gears up for GED 2025

This event underscores the invaluable role of exhibitions in driving multi-industry growth through in-person engagement

The global exhibition industry is preparing for the 10th annual Global Exhibitions Day on June 4, 2025, themed Exhibitions Unleash Potential.

This event underscores the invaluable role of exhibitions in driving multi-industry growth through in-person engagement

This year’s campaign centres around four key areas where exhibitions unleash potential:

  1. Industries: Exhibitions foster collaboration and spark innovation, propelling entire industries forward.

  2. Individuals: Exhibitions enable new, emerging and established talent to grow and succeed.

  3. Communities: Exhibitions power economic development and societal progress for countries and communities.

  4. Companies: Exhibitions amplify reach, build brands, foster connections and drive revenue through face-to-face engagement

Stakeholders can participate by planning and hosting their own GED 2025 activity or campaign; engage with government officials to endorse the exhibition industry; partner with local media to raise awareness; and share initiatives on social media using #GED2025. The campaign website also offers resources and tools for celebrating GED 2025.

GED 2025 is managed by UFI, The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and supported by over 70 national and international industry associations. Leading exhibition organizers Clarion Events, Comexposium, Emerald, Informa, and RX are also supporting the initiative.
