World Trade Center Metro Manila (WTCMM) has successfully secured its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) re-certification following a comprehensive audit by BSI Philippines.
This achievement marks over a decade of continuous compliance with international quality standards since the venue’s initial certification in 2012.

The re-certification confirms WTCMM’s adherence to global benchmarks in customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and operational excellence. To maintain these standards, the organisation utilises structured workflows, routine internal audits, and comprehensive staff training programmes focused on accountability and service consistency.
