Momentus Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of Singapore-based Chip Eng Seng Group, has expanded into apartment-style accommodations with the launch of Momentus Serviced Residences Novena.
The 99-key property offers a range of accommodations, from fully-furnished studios to spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments.
For example, the 37m2 Studio apartment comprises a bedroom, fully-equipped kitchenette and living room area. These apartments feature a private balcony and are equipped with a flatscreen TV, fridge and freezer, a washer-dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Other facilities include a swimming pool, gym, outdoor terrace, rooftop garden, and barbecue area.
