The Samujana estate, a collection of 25 villas in a private estate on Koh Samui, is offering villa stays ideal for incentive groups and business gatherings.
The villas come in a mix of sizes, from three to eight bedrooms, and boast an open combined living and dining area, large infinity pools and unobstructed sea views.
In addition to traditional boardrooms for up to 40 guests, Samujana also offers unique venues such as private cinemas that can be used for presentations.
There are outdoor event spaces as well. The Big Lawn is three-tiered landscaped area that cascades down to the sea front, and can accommodate up to 400 guests. For smaller gatherings, the Little Lawn is good for up to 50 guests.
Other facilities onsite include tennis and badminton courts, and spa. Dedicated villa hosts are also on hand to attend to guests.
Samujana’s hospitality begins at the airport, with fast-track arrival service offered to all guests from the flight gate through airport customs.
Prices start from US$1,200++ per night for a four-bedroom villa, and includes daily breakfast, round-trip airport transfers, and unlimited high-speed wireless Internet.
