Corporate events curator Reveling has launched its C-Suite Corporate Experiences, a curated collection of high-impact leadership retreats and single-day interventions designed specifically for executive teams and boards seeking real clarity.
The new offering aims to replace the traditional offsite formula with deeply considered, facilitated experiences that deliver genuine strategic outcomes rather than a standard checklist of activities.
The collection is split into two primary formats. The Multi-Day Private Estate Retreats are hosted at exclusive properties across Noosa, Byron Bay, Gold Coast, and Scenic Rim hinterland – including Domic House, Halcyon House, Sun Ranch, and Verandah House – each structured around a cohesive facilitated arc.
Alternatively, the Modular Single-Day Interventions are High-impact, standalone sessions led by elite facilitators that take executives out of the boardroom to test real-world leadership skills.
Featured programmes include Performance Under Pressure with performance coach Brett Robinson, Strategic Patience led by WSL Champion and Olympic surf coach Bede Durbidge – testing decision-making under stress in the ocean – and Ancient Intelligence and Custodianship, offering rare access to First Nations knowledge holders including a private session with acclaimed artist Delvene Cockatoo-Collins.
“We built this because the traditional corporate offsite has become a checkbox exercise – a change of scenery, not a change of state,” said Drew Campbell, founder & managing director of Reveling.
“What we’re seeing from our clients, particularly at C-suite and board level, is a real hunger for experiences that produce genuine clarity and better decision-making under pressure, not just a nice hotel and a few team-building games. Leadership teams are under more pressure than ever to think differently, and they know a spreadsheet review in a boardroom isn’t going to get them there.”
