The partnership is designed to connect Business Events Australia with IAPCO’s international network of accredited PCOs, driving awareness of Australia as a destination for high-value international association conferences. Business Events Australia will leverage this platform to deliver targeted content, educational programmes, and destination insights to international decision-makers.

The agreement also extends Business Event’s Australia existing support of the IAPCO Sustainability Programme into its second and third years. The ongoing collaboration builds on recent milestones, including the launch of the IAPCO Sustainability Toolkit for PCOs and the presentation of the inaugural IAPCO Sustainability Award at the 2026 Annual Meeting in Athens.
