BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has enlarged its premises and operations in Mumbai, marking an investment in the organisation’s growth across Asia-Pacific and the Indian subcontinent.
The expansion comes as India’s business events sector experiences increased activity, supported by economic growth, demand for corporate gatherings and new infrastructure development. The Mumbai operation, which began nine years ago with a small team servicing global accounts, has grown to include offices in New Delhi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The new office remains within the original building, providing additional capacity for the growing workforce while incorporating collaborative workspaces. The official opening included a traditional pooja ceremony on Ashadhi Ekadashi to mark the move.
The enlarged space is designed to strengthen local service capabilities and support client requirements as the company continues to recruit in the region.
“India is one of the most dynamic growth markets in our Asia-Pacific network, and this expansion reflects both the momentum of our business and our confidence in the future of the country’s MICE sector,” said Sanjay Seth, senior vice president and managing director, APAC, BCD M&E.
“Our growth has been driven by exceptional talent, strong client partnerships and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding experiences. This investment positions us to scale our capabilities, seize new opportunities and support the next phase of growth for our clients and our business.”
