Flight Centre Corporate Division posts record TTV and revenue for FY26

Parris: scaling FCTG’s capabilities to support its growth

Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) corporate division has reported record total transaction value (TTV) and revenue for the 2026 financial year, driven by strong regional expansion across Asia-Pacific and landmark growth in North America.

Released in the group’s end-of-year filing to the Australian Securities Exchange, the results reflect multi-year operational automation efforts that boosted profitability despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainties.

The performance was highlighted by standout figures in the US, where corporate TTV crossed US$2 billion for the first time. In the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market, the corporate business delivered its highest-ever TTV and profit, solidifying its top position in the region. Operational productivity initiatives and process automation were credited for driving margin growth while simultaneously achieving record customer satisfaction and service level scores.

In Asia, FCTG’s Meetings & Events division nearly doubled in scale from FY25, led by rapid acceleration in South-east Asia and Greater China. The company also expanded its regional technology footprint by launching a proprietary domestic booking platform in Japan and embedding enhanced artificial intelligence capabilities into its global booking tools.

Vicki Parris, managing director of FCM Travel Asia, noted that business travel remains a strategic investment across the region, positioning the division for continued momentum entering FY27 with high customer retention rates.

Following years of internal restructuring and productivity enhancements, FCTG plans to pivot its strategy toward aggressive market share growth. Global corporate CEO Chris Galanty stated that the group will increase its sales and marketing investments over the coming fiscal years to capitalise on a strong global sales pipeline and leverage its proprietary AI platforms across its corporate brands.
