Four Seasons has named 20-year industry veteran Ivan Giles as general manager of both Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai and Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle.
Giles transfers from Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, where he led a major property repositioning, a multi-villa renovation, and earned two Michelin Keys. His career with Four Seasons spans over two decades, including leadership roles across Costa Rica, Hawaii, and the Maldives.
In this dual-property role, Giles will oversee strategic strategy, guest experience, and community engagement for both Northern Thailand retreats.
