Silversea has appointed Takanobu Kobayakawa as the new director of sales for Japan, Korea, and South-east Asia. He will report to Adam Radwanski, Silversea’s managing director for the Asia-Pacific region.
In his new position, Kobayakawa will lead the strategic sales initiatives and cultivate trade partnerships across markets within his portfolio.
Prior to joining Silversea, he played pivotal roles in shaping sales strategies and enhancing market presence for notable cruise lines.
