Grab For Business has announced an integration with SAP Concur’s Concur Expense, automating business travel and expense tracking for corporate clients across South-east Asia.
The integration automatically syncs eligible Grab rides, meals, and delivery receipts directly into Concur Expense. The system aims to eliminate manual entry, reduce administrative delay, and give corporate finance teams better visibility and control over travel spend.

The partnership targets a growing gap in regional corporate travel management. According to research by Grab For Business and Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), Asia-Pacific business travel spend is projected to reach US$700.9 billion in 2026.
While 95 per cent of South-east Asian business travellers use ride-hailing services, only 58 per cent of regional companies have formal systems to manage them. Furthermore, 57 per cent of employees report delaying expense submissions, with nearly half spending over 20 minutes filing claims per trip.
“Together with SAP Concur, we’re connecting business mobility with expense management in one seamless experience, helping organisations automate expense reporting while gaining greater visibility and control,” said Valerie Khoo, regional head of Grab For Business.
The Grab For Business integration is available now in the SAP Concur App Center across South-east Asia.
