Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah, in Indonesia, has unveiled the Soiree Rooftop and Bar, a new event space on the highest floor of the four-star hotel.
Soiree Rooftop and Bar has been designed as a tropical garden, with a total seating capacity of 82 people, or up to 100 in a cocktail setting. The outdoor space would be suitable for product launches or casual corporate gatherings, according to Faishal Azhar, complex assistant F&B marketing manager, The Westin Surabaya and Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah.
There are more than 20 cocktail options available at Soiree Rooftop and Bar, including Nothing Campari2U, Passionova, and Sweet O’Mighty. In addition to a variety of beverages, guests can enjoy snacks and bar bites such as pretzels, cheese fries, or beef burgers.
Faishal stressed the bar’s sustainability ethos by “offering local drinks sourced from various regions in Indonesia, such as Bali, Jakarta, and Mojokerto”, and making use of watermelon and melon rinds.
Event planners may also request for a DJ, live band, or cultural performances can be arranged upon request.
For a weekday buyout lasting four hours, the minimum spend is 35 million rupiah (US$2,272), going up to 45 million rupiah for the weekend. Event organisers can also opt to extend for another four hours. Bookings should be made at least two weeks before the event.
