Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok has secured top certification under both the ASEAN MICE Venue Standard (AMVS) and the Thailand MICE Venue Standard (TMVS) after an eight million baht (US$245,549) technology and venue upgrade.
The hotel ranked among Thailand’s top five highest-scoring meeting venues in the latest AMVS audit, validating its operational standards for corporate events, and conferences.

The investment introduces new LED display technology across 1,492m2 of pillarless event space on the seventh floor, highlighted by a 10 x 5.5-meter LED screen in the Grand Chambray Ballroom. For smaller functions, the eighth floor offers five breakout rooms for up to 60 delegates equipped with LCD projection systems and a shared networking area.
Outdoor event options include The Deck, a poolside space on the ninth floor for up to 60 guests, and The Greenhouse, a private garden venue for up to 12 attendees on the seventh floor.
Integrated within the Century Sukhumvit Mall, the hotel provides direct access to the On Nut BTS Skytrain station, connecting delegates to central Bangkok and the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. The property is located 10 minutes from the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre, 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, and offers over 480 parking spaces for local event attendees.
