Live Nation has revealed details about Grange House, a brand-new, purpose-built 3,000-capacity live entertainment venue in the heart of Orchard Road.
Scheduled to open by mid-2027, the development aims to fill a gap in Singapore’s live music ecosystem, bridging the space between smaller performance rooms and the city-state’s massive sports arenas and stadiums.
Developed with support from the Singapore Tourism Board and in collaboration with Lendlease Global Commercial REIT, Grange House is positioned to support the ongoing effort to transform Orchard Road into a dynamic lifestyle, retail, and cultural hub.
In addition, Live Nation confirmed that the venue will be open to all external promoters and event organisers, rather than operating strictly as an exclusive space.
Designed by Blueprint Studio – Live Nation’s in-house design and development division – the multipurpose building will feature top-tier acoustics, optimised sightlines, and artist facilities built to international touring standards.
Beyond hosting live concerts, Grange House will also feature a landscaped terrace, an all-day café and restaurant capable of hosting community talks and podcast tapings, and a dedicated walkway linking the venue directly to 313@Somerset that will host rotating art exhibitions and pop-up experiences.
