1. Hathaway Autograph, Singapore
Located at Varel Singapore, this chic restaurant designed by FDAT Architects, combines high ceilings with lush al fresco terraces overlooking the Selegie-Mount Sophia enclave to host up to 60 indoor and 60 outdoor guests.

Executive chef Kenneth Loke serves elevated, pork- and lard-free South-east Asian soul food like Signature Beef Cheek Rawon, and Ah Nya’s Fish Curry. Customisable meeting packages start from S$130++ (US$102) per person, inclusive of one lunch and two coffee breaks.

2. Scuba BKK, Thailand
For a stylish corporate gathering, Scuba BKK in Ekkamai offers a sleek, Copenhagen-inspired seafood neo-brasserie experience.

Helmed by French chef Franck le Bayon, the venue features imported catches like live Maine lobster and King Crab. It seats 85 guests – with space for standing receptions – and includes a second-floor private room for up to 24.

3. Erre & Urrechu Jakarta, Indonesia
Located in Gran Meliá Jakarta, Erre & Urrechu brings Basque-inspired Spanish dining to the city’s diplomatic hub as chef Íñigo Urrechu’s first Asian outpost.

The venue specialises in open-fire grills, premium dry-aged beef, fresh seafood, and curated wines – making it a sophisticated setting for high-profile corporate dinners. It seats 100 guests, holds 135 for cocktail receptions, and offers two private rooms for up to 16 people.

4. Bistro Saine, New Zealand
Tucked away at 51 Albert Street in Auckland Central, Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded Bistro Saine offers sophisticated spaces for semi-private group dining and exclusive venue takeovers for up to 80 guests.

Executive chef Yutak Son crafts elevated European classics centered around a shared set menu – from chicken liver parfait and to steak frites – backed by curated wine pairings and flexible seating for corporate lunches or private dinners.

5. Smith & Wollensky Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Located in Suria KLCC, the two-level Smith & Wollensky can host up to 300 guests and features dedicated event spaces, a large wine cellar and three private dining rooms equipped with projector screens for presentations.

The menu includes the brand’s signature dry-aged steaks, premium seafood and decadent desserts, catering to both executive dining and larger group events.

6. Salted Egg, Australia
Situated within the Darwin Waterfront precinct, Salted Egg offers a versatile space for up to 100 standing cocktail guests or of 35 seated diners. The kitchen delivers modern South-east Asian flavours, featuring dishes like Grilled Humpty Doo Barramundi and Beef Brisket Penang Curry.

Seated set menus start at A$59 (US$42) per person for two courses and A$65 per person for three courses, with customisable beverage packages available.
