Experience Gold Coast’s head of destination and egagement, Rachel Hancock, noted the event’s role in driving midweek tourism and securing future group bookings. “This is Gold Coast demonstrates the strength of the destination’s offering and the value of bringing key decision-makers into the city. TIGC26 gives organisers the opportunity to experience the Gold Coast as their delegates would,” she elaborated.

The programme incorporates sensory site inspections, local dining, waterway tours, interactive entertainment, and craft beer tastings. A central Business Exchange at the Sea World Resort Conference Centre will also connect delegates with over 35 local industry partners.

Networking events and site visits are scheduled at key regional properties, including The Star Gold Coast, JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, and Accor’s Valentina at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise. In addition to the above, other partners include Moreton Hire, and Exponet.
