Pico Art International has opened the Pico Innovation Centre, a facility in Singapore focused on developing and testing AI applications for the business events industry.
The centre brings together technology partners, brands and event stakeholders to explore AI applications across the event journey, including planning, visitor engagement and post-event analytics.

Accenture, a technology partner for the centre, will provide AI platforms, data and analytics infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions, while Pico will lead experience strategy, creative design and event delivery. The companies will develop modular AI-enabled solutions for exhibitions, conferences and experiential marketing in Singapore and the region.
The collaboration builds on Pico and Accenture’s work for Singapore’s National Library Board on the SG60 Heart&Soul Experience and The Albatross File Exhibition. The projects used capabilities including content recommendations, real-time visitor insights and interactive AI-driven experiences.
The centre opens as Singapore pursues its Tourism 2040 targets, which include tripling business events tourism receipts, and increasing the sector’s share of total tourism revenue from four per cent to 10 per cent by 2040.
“Through the Pico Innovation Centre and our collaboration with Accenture, we are investing in technologies that will help organisations rethink how business events are designed, delivered and measured, while supporting the continued growth of Singapore’s MICE ecosystem,” said Jean Chia, group CEO of Pico.
“Business events are evolving from one-off engagements into data-driven platforms for customer engagement and business growth. Together, we look forward to contributing to Singapore’s leadership as a global MICE destination,” added Mark Tham, country managing director, Singapore at Accenture.
