The co-located event aims to position Indonesia as a major business events hub by connecting regional buyers, suppliers, and industry policymakers.

The SEABEF forum will lead the schedule, bringing leaders together to examine industry trends, policy alignment, sustainability, digital transformation, and talent development across South-east Asia.

Following the conference, the inaugural IBEM exhibition will feature over 200 exhibitors representing 100 companies and organisations.

Indonesian businesses make up 70 per cent of the showcase, with international exhibitors from the Asia-Pacific region comprising the remaining 30 per cent. Participating entities include convention bureaus, destination management companies, hotel chains, convention centres, airlines, cruise operators, and event tech providers.

More than 200 hosted buyers are expected to participate in pre-scheduled B2B appointments during the trade show.

Featured brand showcases will include presentations from the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute of Macao SAR, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, Penang Convention & Exhibition Bureau, Hotel Mulia Senayan & Mulia Resort Nusa Dua, Business Events Sarawak, and InJourney Destination Management.
