Combining European-inspired energy with beachfront sophistication, the Mediterranean venue is tailored for corporate lunches, networking events, client entertaining, and group dining.
The venue offers flexible spatial options accommodating gatherings ranging from cosy groups of 20 to 50 guests up to 140 guests for seated events, 200 guests for cocktail-style functions, or private buyouts for up to 220 guests cocktail-style.
Designed to bring people together, Valentina features a menu built for sharing. Delegates and guests can indulge in fresh seafood, house-made pastas, generous mains, and flavour-packed Mediterranean plates. The food offering is paired alongside an aperitivo-style beverage menu featuring handcrafted drinks created in collaboration with Maybe Sammy (an award-winning cocktail bar in Sydney).
Beyond standard dining set-ups, the venue incorporates regular music programming and bottomless long lunches to provide organisers with additional ways to add energy and memorability to their event itineraries.
