Trip.Biz, the corporate travel arm of Trip.com Group, has launched Agent One, an artificial intelligence platform designed to automate corporate travel management and boost online booking adoption.
Unveiled at the company’s Transform 2026 summit in Singapore, the platform deploys four specialised AI agents to manage the business travel lifecycle, from planning and booking to approvals and reporting.

According to Trip.Biz, the system reduces average booking times from 45 minutes to two minutes and cuts expense approval wait times from over an hour to under three seconds by automatically approving low-risk requests.
The launch aims to address long-standing challenges in Asia-Pacific travel management, where fragmented regional regulations, payment standards, and supplier networks often lead to travel programme leakage and inconsistent service.
Speaking at the summit, Trip.Biz’s CEO Tao Song emphasised that the tool uses purpose-built AI rather than generic assistants to enforce corporate travel policies natively while simplifying the user experience.
Agent One also features an analytical agent capable of generating travel spend and leakage reports in under seven minutes, a task that traditionally takes up to a week. The platform is now available globally across all markets served by Trip.Biz.
