Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) has appointed Jun Seng Lim as senior head chef, bringing a luxury hospitality background and multicultural approach to the venue’s F&B operations.
Lim joins MCEC following senior culinary roles at The Ritz-Carlton and W Melbourne. He will oversee the venue’s culinary direction, focusing on delivering produce-driven, restaurant-quality dining at scale.
Born in Malaysia, Lim’s style pairs bold Southeast Asian flavours with local Victorian produce.
