Kevin Danet has been promoted to director of food and beverage, while Liam Nealon has joined Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi as director of culinary.
Danet previously served as assistant director of food and beverage at the hotel and brings more than a decade of hospitality experience in Vietnam.
Nealon joins from Four Seasons Resort Bali, bringing 25 years of international culinary experience across Australia, Asia and Europe.
