EventsAir, a global provider of event management technology, has rolled out Planner Assistant, a built-in AI tool designed to convert event data into instant insights and operational actions.
Part of the company’s broader Air Intelligence suite, the feature is now live for all users on the platform.

The native tool allows event managers to query live and historical event data using natural language, removing the need to manually build custom reports or navigate complex analytics dashboards. Beyond summarising registration, revenue, session, speaker, and accommodation data into shareable visual charts, Planner Assistant can execute tasks directly within the platform upon request.
According to the company, embedding the AI natively within the platform ensures higher data context and adherence to regional data privacy and sovereignty requirements.
EventsAir is also developing Model Context Protocol capabilities. Expected to launch in the coming months, this will allow planners to integrate EventsAir data with external AI tools.
Early adopters report that the tool speeds up decision-making and offers transparent data sourcing. Michael Lockett, founder and CTO at Symbiometry, noted that the assistant provides full data provenance alongside its responses, giving organisers verified data they can trust.
Planner Assistant joins Attendee Assistant and Content Assistant in the Air Intelligence portfolio, expanding the platform’s suite of automated tools across the event management lifecycle.
