The Repulse Bay, a historic landmark on Hong Kong’s Southside with a heritage dating back to the 1920s, has partnered with Team Building Asia to enhance corporate teambuilding experiences.
Following a Memorandum of Understanding signed last February, the partners recently hosted a showcase event, Team Building by The Bay.

Guests sampled various programmes, including Game Changer (Archery & Football Tag) at the Seaview Terrace, and Frenzy (Upside Down Goggles) and iBuild on the Front Lawn against a scenic sea backdrop. The experience concluded with a curated afternoon tea at The Verandah, offering a cosy setting for informal networking.
The partnership leverages the iconic property to deliver high-impact activities tailored to diverse business objectives – ranging from high-level coaching and team bonding to energetic sports and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Catering to groups from under 20 to 200 participants, the venue’s various indoor and outdoor, sea-facing spaces accommodate 30 to 250 guests for cocktail-style events.
To attract more international groups, The Repulse Bay is working closely with the Hong Kong Tourism Board to host overseas familiarisation groups, offering international decision-makers firsthand experience of its seaside spaces.
Additionally, the property participates in international business events tradeshows to network with global event planners, and collaborates with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to ensure the venue is featured in proposals for global delegations.
