A familiar landmark in Singapore’s Civic District has reopened as Stamford Place, a new four-storey mixed-use lifestyle destination following an 18-month restoration.
Located at the corner of Stamford Road and Hill Street on the site of the former Stamford Court and its 1996 clock tower, the development integrates serviced apartments, flexible workspaces, dining, retail, and art.
Jointly developed by Elevate Capital Group and PGIM, the property’s architectural design was led by Ministry of Design in collaboration with Zarch Collaboratives, incorporating horological motifs inspired by the iconic clock tower, alongside cultural programming curated by art consultancy The Artling.
The residential component introduces APT., a 66-unit design-led serviced apartment brand managed in operational partnership with Frasers Hospitality. Offering studio and suite layouts, the concept targets modern urban travellers seeking residential comfort with flexible stay options, alongside dedicated guest amenities including an on-site gym and laundry facilities.
Residents also gain direct connectivity to 2,787m2 of hospitality-focused co-working spaces across Levels Two and Three, operated by The Great Room by Industrious.
At ground level, Stamford Place features eight retail and food concepts anchored by Stamford Social, a European-inspired all-day bistro set to launch in October. The surrounding commercial line-up includes stone-fired pizza concept Blue Label Tavern, Japanese dining concept Yoruya, and Cold Storage On The Go for everyday essentials.
