IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific have announced an expanded conference and networking programme for their 2026 co-located event, targeting key developments across Asia-Pacific’s business events, corporate travel, and cruise tourism sectors.
The updated educational track addresses shifting workforce dynamics and emerging venue models. A dedicated session hosted by Worldwide Cruise Associates will explore full-ship charters and expedition vessels as alternative event venues, featuring speakers from National Geographic Lindblad Expeditions and Crystal/Abercrombie & Kent MICE.

Meanwhile, separate panels hosted by Euromic Academy and Trip.Biz will examine how organisations must adapt incentive schemes and corporate travel policies to accommodate a workforce spanning up to five generations, featuring insights from GSK, MGM Macau, and Destination Asia. Data-driven market intelligence will also be presented by the Global MICE Collaborative, combining research from IAEE, MPI, and SITE.
On the exhibition floor, the event broadens its international footprint with new destination showcases. Central Asia features prominently as the Almaty Tourism Bureau debuts to market Kazakhstan’s business events infrastructure and mountain venues, while Tourism Australia, Business Events Perth, and Business Events Sydney form a joint pavilion to highlight Australia’s national corporate event capabilities.
The business programme will be complemented by curated regional familiarisation tours for qualified buyers and media. The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau is hosting visits to Chiang Rai and Khao Yai to showcase regional infrastructure, alongside a SITE Thailand incentive programme to Phetchaburi focusing on culinary heritage and sustainable gastronomy.
