The success of the meetings and events industry hinges on its delivery of exceptional outcomes, which is in the hands of accredited PCOs, say global industry leaders, who added that these professionals have a significant impact on destination competitiveness, technological advancements of the industries they serve, and the financial viability of major global associations.
James Latham, founder of The Iceberg, presented by Joint Meetings Industry Council (JMIC), and International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) endorser, said those at the top of the PCO world would continue to have a major impact on destinations.
